This one day event includes tapping into one’s subconscious state of being, learning the art of improvisation and getting out of one's "head". The goal is to unleash creativity in the workplace.

Seek to release the potential of your unconscious mind by expressing your imagination as revealed in dreams, free of the conscious control of reason and convention. Activities include:

Tap into your inner child by breaking down the walls of conditioning. Activities include:
• Stream of Consciousness Technique- Discover one’s walls
• Freeing the instrument by performing various acting exercises; Dump/ "Yeah, Yeah"
• Learning Chad’s 3 step process to unlocking creativity: Identify/ SMASH/ Create
SAND BOX:
Learn the fundamentals of improvisation for the workplace or the theatre which includes:
• “Yes And” Technique
• Making Statements
• Creating a “mistake” free environment
